SHIPPING

Due to the current pandemic, we will do our best to process and ship your orders in a timely manner. Shipping within the US will be processed by USPS, unless UPS has been ordered at checkout. All items will be packaged in 100% recycled plastic bags and shipped in biodegradable poly mailers or recycleable cardboard boxes. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping. 

International customers, please make sure that shipping is not restricted to your country due to the pandemic. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping may take up to 8 weeks depending on customs. 

Shipping dates and carrier options for private commissions will be arranged directly with clients. Please include any deadline information in your order inquiry.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges on new and unworn items can be made within 10 days of delivery. No exchanges on custom orders that are made specifically for clients. If the exchange size is unavailable, a refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued on domestic orders that chose free shipping. If you ordered expedited shipping, a refund minus the initial price of shipping will be issued.

All custom order sales are final. Please note that due to the handmade process the actual finished clothing will look different than the digital mock-ups or photo references provided. The colors on the finished clothing may also be different, due to the varied nature of digital screens and the pigments used to make our products. Instructions on how to care for custom items will be sent prior to purchasing. 

Seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact info@adam-mars.com before returning or exchanging items and include your order # in the subject. We will respond with the necessary steps to complete the return or refund process. 

We reserve the right to reject returns if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn or dirty items. However, if you received wrong or damaged items, please contact info@adam-mars.com and describe the issue you are having with your order. We will do our best to quickly correct the situation.
