SHIPPING + RETURNS
Shipping within the US will be processed by USPS, unless UPS has been ordered at checkout. All items will be shipped in biodegradable poly mailers or recyclable cardboard boxes. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
International customers, please make sure that shipping is not restricted to your country. Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping may take up to 8 weeks depending on customs.
Shipping dates and carrier options for private commissions will be arranged directly with clients. Please include any deadline information in your order inquiry.

Returns and exchanges on new and unworn items can be made within 10 days of delivery. Seller is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges or returns. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning or exchanging items and include your order # in the subject.
If you received a damaged item or a misprint, we apologize. Please contact email@example.com before returning the item and include your order # in the subject. We will respond with the necessary steps to remedy the situation.
No exchanges on custom orders that are made specifically for clients. All custom order sales are final. Please note that due to the handmade process the actual finished clothing will look different than the digital mock-ups or photo references provided. The colors on the finished clothing may also be different, due to the varied nature of digital screens and the pigments used to make our products. Instructions on how to care for custom items will be sent prior to purchasing.
We reserve the right to reject returns if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn or dirty items.
